Last night I dreamed I found a new door in our house Into rooms where I'd never been before I found a second kitchen, living room, and set of stairs Down to bedrooms where no-one ever slept So I shouted out loud for you to come and check this out But you were somewhere upstairs, too far away to hear my voice And I started to get scared, I couldn't find you anywhere 'Cause this fear was the only thing that felt real The sun through the windows as I start to run upstairs Is kinda beautiful but fills me with fear 'Cause I try to retrace my steps but I'm lost in endless corridors These dreams about rooms always end the same So I start to bang the walls but they don't make a sound at all And you're still somewhere upstairs, too far away to hear any noise And although I know I'm dreaming it doesn't seem to stop me screaming 'Cause these dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real anymore These dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real These dreams are the only thing that feel real
