This time of year is beautiful This time of year is peaceful It's Christmas time here again And I feel life is a friend All the stress is running off me And calm comes to me in waves Outside there is a wintery December And everything from year to year is the same It's Christmas time here again It's Christmas time my friend It's Christmas time and beautiful The miracle of Christmas The birth of Jesus gives us this time But nowadays Jesus is rather sublime But he is with us all along And wants us all to be good and strong With all the fuzz and running around All the shopping can be deemed unsound And giving to the needing is good For everyone that is understood It's Christmas time here again It's Christmas time my friend It's Christmas time and beautiful The miracle of Christmas Selfishness and bad things around us And criminals storming forward like a full bus But I can see there is a beauty look In some of our life book Yes we can try to be good people And we can make bad things go away We bring joy and humble kindness And make a happy Christmas stay It's Christmas time here again It's Christmas time my friend It's Christmas time and beautiful The miracle of Christmas
