Break My Fall

I clench my teeth as the sun goes down I walk through the streets with no lights on I'll leave the horizon where it belongs And I'll stand Among The demons that creep in without a sound To places in my mind that I found I'll meet them and greet them as they move on And the moonlight graces the ground The stars will call me And if I lose my ground The sky will break my fall I'll hold my candle to the drifting winds I'll stray from the path that the fates bring I'll count all my blessings till I've run out And I'll stand Among The sirens that chant their sweet lullabies The ghosts of my past that I might find I'll meet them and greet them as they move on And the moonlight graces the ground The stars will call me And if I lose my ground The sky will break my fall
