It was a, November night back in 2013 I was only 11 but I was living with a dream I just didn't know what yet I had a passion and I loved it The world telling me no well f*ck that listen I always looked at entertainment as a different theme I saw people on tv and I pictured it was me Before I found the passion for the music I was on the yt Thinkin' it's gon' be me next I was making every single video I could Talking vlogs and blogs and if I get a single comment I would run and tell my mom's yo There was a void I was looking for I needed it more And then in 2016 god gave me a call I found rap Hip-hop all of the above I could never love myself but in music I was loved so I clung to it I found a reason to keep going through my music I done lived through it I wrote a song and then I sing to it I cant believe that I'm finally the man that I am Learned so much I used to never know the way And now I'm screaming (yay) Yo, I'm on the wave Love fucks me up but that's the motion of the game Grab the pen, turn all my emotions into fame, damn Listen, this is therapy the way I write these lyrics from my memory Only write what the universe is telling me Falling so hard it got me down on my knees Only want one life and it's outta my reach so imma pray Do something I never done before Find god, find life, and above all I work more Yeah, said above all I work more Everybody here step back and listen Know you're focused on your life and your dreaming of a vision But if anything i've learned can ever come to fruition It's that you got to appreciate the present state that you living, yeah You'll lose yourself I promise cause you'll be focused on another day Always looking at the future instead of looking at today Who gives a f*ck what they say You got to fight for what you want cause there just ain't another way
