There is no better time to initiate change in yourself or the world around you That brings me to my second thought for you this evening Change is a process it's not an event You have what it takes to make the changes that you want in your life If you want to change yourself there are a number of things you need to do along the way First have an intention Then initiate your behaviour That will slowly become a practice Then a habit And then it's simply who you are You are the force of change within yourself And here's my third piece of advice for you tonight Don't quit Look past your current difficulties We all have them We will all go through them Use them as a learning tool to be better tomorrow than you are today Growth happens because of purposeful actions It doesn't happen to you it happens because of you How you view your life challenges in large part determines your success in overcoming them You may pause during this time or perhaps even change direction But always keep your feet moving
