First Train to Nowhere

Riding in my limosine Watching people on the street I see them as they live their lives Everything is so complete No constant fighting, pushing for autographs And no paparazzi Standing acoss their paths It looks so easy Living life this way Standing on my balcony I think of ways I could be free I wait until its after dark Just to walk across the park Like a prisoner in an open cage I'm pacing the hallway My hands clenched in fists of rage I can't go on Living life this way Go upstairs and pack my case Get off this road and leave the race Take the first train that comes along One ticket any class Don't let this engine pass This first train to nowhere I'm gonna be nobody again
