Lanterns trail off in the distance The Shepherd fall down to his knees Now he's left to die alone At least that's what he thinks I am the void I am forever Everlasting pain and suffering Then he emerged from the shadows His voice sang deep down from the ground Now the Shepherd's not alone But he'd wished he wasn't found I am the void I am forever Everlasting pain and suffering After years of waiting, the figure turned and said "When I'm done with you, you'll wish you were dead I am the sorrow, I am despair I am the choking smoke in the air I am the death, I am rebirth I'll be the last to wander your earth" I am the void I am forever Everlasting pain and suffering
