Expectations out the window Aspirations to become the hero My intricate thoughts will crescendo As I keep moving across the page with my pencil Foundations laid out as I tell my tales I promise to speak the truth and to never fail When I create these images that peaks their interests Ideas so endless, my work so rigorous I Don't want to fall flat, but try to evolve Work on new formats, stray from default Like it's my last chance, I want to resolve Any dilemmas with others involved Before something happens and I'm gone forever Like I was a shot to 450 dead center But know that I'm trying to take on the pressure And know that I'm trying not to surrender Focus on the Knowledge placed Above All Nonsense So I'll rise like a Phoenix with a heightened sense By taking inspiration from the Kaancepts That were laid out by a stellar performance With great importance, that worked in accordance With thoughts enormous, provided reinforcement To my words recorded, that weren't supported By positive rewards and left me distorted I'm Fragile minded hoping they get the message Should've listened to the N9ne, they want me in wreckage But I worked so hard it's critically obsessive Until the finished product is something I can relish Like the pyramids it's not my time to crumble I'll live on for millennia and beat the struggle There were plenty of times where I screwed up and stumbled But those moments have always kept me so humbled Deeply devoted and staying focused on the prize at hand As I climb the ladder and make a mark where I stand While my goals expand, don't expect me to hesitate I will only elevate, just give me a second to acclimate The element I'm residing in and now fully fighting for Reaching the pinnacle position is leaving me wanting more Of what I've been longing for, one final opportunity To prove wrong the scrutiny, and strengthen my immunity From doubt and debate as I find my fate in my craft The spot I lay and time I take to perfect each draft So I can break off the chains that held me in the past That have kept me detached from being able to surpass Negative perceptions that are kept frozen in time So I'll take new directions that will keep me in line With the way I'm reinventing myself, I will be sublime With my state of mind and the image that I designed Back in business better believe I'm busting down Every locked door til it's all shattered on the ground So you can hear the sound of me completing what I vowed Until I finally succeed and I take that final bow I put a hundred percent effort just wanting to be noticed For my ability to focus on my effort to become potent To the point where I'm no longer my greatest opponent With a new mindset to know that I now must control what I think, I've been on the brink far longer than I should But it made me stronger knowing I actually withstood Everything I could before it became too much to handle But I channeled that energy into something substantial Imma make sure I don't act solely on my emotion So I've chosen to block out everything that would leave me broken But many don't care about a single word that I've spoken But talking myself through this, I'm finally awoken King
