Trapped in a cage of my own design The walls are closing, no way to unwind Chains of doubt pulling me down Lost in the silence, I can't make a sound Screaming inside, it's all in vain Break the silence, unleash the pain I'm fighting ghosts in this endless night Powerless heart, lost the will to fight Drowning in shadows, can't find my way Screaming my silence, day after day Every time I rise, I'm pushed to the ground The weight of the world, it's dragging me down Fists clench tight, but I can't break free A shadow of hope that's just out of reach When will I find strength to endure?
