Burning Hills

What if we just got nothing left to hold on to? Can just we get a little hope for us? We're waiting in a line Dreaming of a new home for our children Crossing borders Leaving another ghost town behind... Here is my testimony Many of our brothers died alone in the wilderness We couldn't stay where we belong We fell on our knees and go So the desert wind could take our souls No one about to save us No one about to really care How many of us waiting on the edge Lost in the fire zone Am i legal? Mountains can't hide us People can't hide us Is my life legal? How could be that you became so unconcern? Weren't you the one, who used to turn my home To the wasted lands You're preaching about God Messing with the Holy Word Is there meaning if we can't escape the fate that we've been given? So many souls are singing "See the fire getting higher! This is what you get moving through the flame" (Oh, run away) We make our way to the Promised Land Lost in the hills with the burning fields
