Good Deeds

I believe, but you say even the demons do I have faith, well do my works really show the proof? Well I act good, but where do faithless deeds lead to? Faith is, only evident by the deeds we do Do the good they command you, but don't do the evil they do They tie heavy burdens on my shoulders, yet cannot even lift it themselves For their lips they do honor, but their hearts are so far For puppets they have, and secrets they keep, all within their precious jar Love me they say, forgive me they state, do not curse me they plead Yet the same night, they do evil deeds, they hide it well, so it will not be seen Father forgive me, for any hypocrisy, for I have also sinned c true believer of Christ, does not continue to live within their sin (to live within their sin) But is born again, has a new nature, that is filled with the holy spirit within Your grace is sufficient, Your mercies are countless, Your justice is true Without you, what would I do? You protect me always through and through I am set free, from the bondage of sin, the torment of abuse, and it's all because of You
