Its hard to digest these things that I say At times like this theres nothing to do but pray Thankful for the blessings that I don't deserve Couldn't be more grateful that I'm standing here on this earth Feet in the gravel no one could test my patience Yeah I'm a walking destination Leave your fears in the basement and meet me upstairs Racing down the street swear I had tears in eyes Can"t believe I'm here it feels like a prize If you listen carefully you'll understand, its time to lock hands and take a stand We're on same team but we're trapped on opposite sides Just break from the line and see what divides us I know you're listening thinking "so many things going on in the world I'm on the brink of sinking I'd rather sit my ass down and get to drinking" But you can't see you make a difference Tell your neighbors you love them and you wont see indifference Take a walk in the park and you will see coexistence This isn't gonna be easy but we'll go the distance Within each other we have lots of assistance We all got demons Times are tough I know things can be tricky Things can get rough But together anything is possible But together anything is possible Skeletons in the closet yeah we all got them It doesn't matter long as you make the best of every second you got Cause every minute is taken for granted another innocent man killed in the streets We all chanted but at the of the day he was still planted Change starts from within you gotta see that, put the work in and I swear you'll feel that It hurts to say and hear this but hopefully its followed with bliss I just hope to dismiss these problems and leave the bottom And rise like we were never fallen We all got demons Times are tough I know things can be tricky Things can get rough But together anything is possible But together anything is possible
