I can't sleep Staring at my ceiling Stuck in reality Inside my closet Eyes like comets Are staring back at me There's a monster in my closet that's wanting to talk I have nothing to say so I shrug him off I try to go to sleep and turn the other way But the monster just always has something to say If I listen to him, then I'll go insane He tells me all of the things that put me in pain He screams and shouts until I give him attention Now I regret that I ever listened
