Flower

I picked a flower yesterday To find a solace in the spring Well me and the flower are the same 'Cause my flower wilted right away And my knees, they grow weak Trembling at the break of day Slowly, on the breeze I will float away I climbed a tree to find the sky changes a bit at different heights It looks like blue and then it's gold And turns to black as we grow old I'm swaying as the tree is rocking me to sleep again Delaying what I think couldn't be the end I took the flower from before and placed it gently on the floor Maybe we're not so similar But then I'm finding more and more That my knees, they grow weak Trembling at the break of day Slowly, on the breeze I will float away
