Soul Searching I've been a lost soul for quite some time I'm seeing the world I know fall away Into the nothingness surrounding me Bittersweet although it may seem Multitudes of voices roaming free Calling me as if I never had the chance to answer them I'm soul searching Lost forever in this void of loneliness I'm soul searching Floating ever closer to the end Damaged once I was I'll leave this page blank Foreign rest, no cause I'm thinking all about my life and all my flaws Was I to right them? Misery without a pulse Tearing me from this world Distorted myself And I am floating alone Soul searching Soul searching I'm soul searching Lost forever in this void of loneliness I'm soul searching Floating ever closer to the end And I made this all myself Constructing barriers between that world and mine And see the error of my ways Do as I say and not as I do Decaying slowly I will be forever lost
