'Authenticity' Interlude

What does the word authenticity mean to you? 'Authenticity? Try and just do what I want to do Because I feel like a lot of people nowadays They just like to do what other people want to do Yeah, know yourself to be able to like say to people No, this is what I am and this is what I do This is what I'm about Like try and work on doing what you like Without fear of judgment How do you stop yourself from caring? It's hard I feel like everyone naturally wants to be liked by others You don't want to try to be other people You don't want to try, you know Because everyone's unique in their own way It's just that we try to be like each other Yeah, they don't want people to say they're weird Or say they're a 'neek But it's like, bro Some of the most successful people that have lived Were neeks at some point, bro You should be able to argue about why Like if somebody disagrees with you You should be able to argue about Why you believe what you believe Because if you can't Then you don't really believe it then Yeah, or maybe you're believing it for the wrong reasons Back to the music
