Born Yesterday

BORN YESTERDAY By G. Graham Perry III, Feb 2008 Glad I wasn't born yesterday Or the day before that. Cause when I was about half my age I was a welcome mat. Now, if you try to walk over me Or try to roll me flat You better be about twice the man And bring along a bat. Cause when I was about half my age I wore an ensign’s hat. I watched the water wash over me While others tapped the vat. Now, I’m master of the savage sea! What do you think of that?
