Nothing New

I've seen it all before, I know how it goes I know those, those type of words that just burn your throat But it seemed so damn far before, thought it'd never come Until it stood at my door, and hit me in the gut So you pretend to grow up Until you actually do And those places you never thought you'd leave Just fade away from you.
