Outta My Mind

I've been hit with a feeling that I can't explain It hit me like a bullet as I laid in the rain Tears of confusion dripping down my face Wave of emotion intrusive thoughts they invade The older I get the more I start to know Life gets more confusing yeah the further you go The old me begins to fade away All I wanna do is focus on today Get me out of my head get me out of my mind The new me is so hard to find I just wanna know if I'm ever gonna be what I wanted to be I guess I'll have to wait and see I've been stuck on a winding road Holding on the wheel don't lose control Got a map still don't know where to go, where to go I ain't holding on no more These thoughts I finally can ignore Bad habits kick them out the door Out the door yeah The older I get the more I start to know Life gets more confusing yeah the further you go The old me begins to fade away All I wanna do is focus on today Get me out of my head get me out of my mind The new me is so hard to find I just wanna know if I'm ever gonna be what I wanted to be I guess I'll have to wait and see
