Miles Ahead

Uh I know I sound embarrassing but I got a lot of confidence going into this ya know Haha I'm miles ahead of half these bitches that are building from the start You write lifestyle, I write life, you writing lyrics I make art Give me your best verse, and watch me crush and pick that shit apart I hit the bullseye every line, I'm feeling like we playing darts And if we are, then I'll close my eyes and just throw That's where I'm at now with my mental Feelings are fickle, that's why I calculate my goals and I'm not superficial I'm like the grim reaper of death, I come with Scythe and Sickle And if you wanna try me out man I will make it burn, you'll make it tickle Im other worldly, this time space continuum is coming to a ripple So I'm shooting past the stars, you can call that interstellar All you do is wine, while I manifest a house with the cellar It gets even better, I got a corvette a Private jet and a couple nice watches Counting up the racks like stacking shoe boxes You call that math, I call that logic But regardless, enough of that bullshit I don't need it Thank the lord I was born with the motivation to achieve it A whole nation at my feet and the power and bravado to move it forward and lead it You see there's two kinds of people in this world, the ones who do and who don't The ones who make it and won't The ones who die trying and the ones who don't even get close The ones who regardless the trouble, tribulations turmoil and terror manage and surpass they goals So who you wanna be, I think I know my stance And I think honestly, I'm finna take that chance Mind soul and spirit aligned, this for the people that are telling me to take my sweet time Life's a race If you stand still you'll just keep falling behind If you walk, when you half of the way there, you'll run out of time If you wanna win you gotta hustle like Usain in his prime No breaks or pauses if you sweat wipe it and get on the mic I'd never put out a second of music that I don't like, get it right So while you're contemplating pondering about what I just said Take one look behind you, one look forward, I'm miles ahead
