When nothing’s working as expected I fall into despair I curse the Earth and all its creatures Convinced my life’s unfair When nothing’s going as I planned it I lose the will to try I throw my hands up in surrender And weep until I’m dry Maybe I’m not the best example For dealing with your pain I never let it overcome me I feel it over and over again I’ve never done what I was told to Even things I tell myself I’ve considered seeking counsel But I don’t know if that will help
