Time

Time  I've seen the time of cruel laughter I’ve seen the time of hate through color  I've seen the time where we fight over nothing It makes me sad as my days tick away  I've seen the time of the school yard bully  I've seen the time of the teasing tease  I've seen the time of my lost brothers and sisters  But still, my candle of love cry's bright  I've seen the time of the unloved children  I've seen the time where greed is the way  I've seen the time of hunger and homeless  But the message of love rings loud as a bell      Life, like sand running after the ocean   One day here and one day gone    Remember the memory of ones we have loved    Until we rest on the other side
