When I was a kid I never knew I was told I could do whatever I wanted to do (Do do do do) Hold on to the hopes and dreams that filled my head and I said hey And took it day by day Though your future is so uncertain, in the end, there's always more If you keep your eyes wide open and you will find exactly what you're looking for Don't run before you can walk Don't shout before you can talk Just slow down and take your time, just believe in yourself Feelin like the time is flying by I think bout time that I spread my wings and fly And I I I I I know life has got much more in store for me But come and see What becomes of me Though your future is so uncertain, in the end there's always more If you keep your eyes wide open and you will find exactly what you're looking for Don't run before you can walk Don't shout before you can talk Just slow down and take your time, just believe in yourself Don't cry before you even try Don't quit until you ask yourself why I wish I could say it was easier than it seems (But it's not)
