Suddenly awake i can barely inhale Feeling these vibrations in my brain and veins Is it a devil or an angel A random stranger or a closest friend Someone faceless next to me or many-faced? In my unconscious mess I can't find my place Among the archetypes i've gathered in my soul Playing weird roles in this surreal show Am i cursed or blessed? Am i brave to commence Something amazing? Even though defeated By this damned emptiness Of loosing everything Saying i will beat it We get lost and we get hurt - no pain, no gain Wandering between marsh lights and quicksands We’re afraid that our faith in the human race is blind Our self-confidence is being undermined Someone’s watching me Or advising me from the darkness And lighting my path with love Giving you my thanks For sharing my pains Reducing them by half Am i brave to commence Something amazing?
