Frozen solid like the concrete sidewalk I sit on this shelf If I fall I will crack I will collapse into myself With an abundance of veins I see the pieces that remain Cold like your heart Fear of my mind Someone that was once blue Is now bloodless and pallid inside I will stay like this forever If you promise not to push me One nudge is all it takes I'll crack until I break Imagine if we lived in a world Where everything was warm and kind The kind of place that frigid hearts And evil minds Cease to exist Permanently Imagine if we lived in a world In which I am not porcelain And you are not alive Now that's a place Where I could thrive
