Collecting my thoughts sitting in the dark On this cold bathroom floor I wish you were here I want to let go of all of this fear But the only comfort I feel is loneliness I’m sorry I haven’t talked to you in a while Everything’s been crazy Everything was placed together perfectly And then fell apart And reopened the scars That were finally beginning to disappear But thank you for the message Your voice is something I really needed to hear today I’m grateful But I’m afraid I’m alone But that’s okay Because I’m not actually alone I know I am loved And supported I just get so depressed And bored with everything that’s going on around me Surround me with compassion please I’m falling to my knees Again I’m feeling empty and sad But I never knew all of the amazing things I had Until I let them Slip away
