Escape To Germany

Escape is meant to be I've left to heal my wound There's none who'll run to me But now I make my stand My path is set in front My legs lift off the ground they give way to the will of God The mind's a fickle thing, but once it's set in motion, only it decides when it's done Within the writings of what she sent to me Now those things they'll lead to her. And I shall write her end A journey not so vast Gives me the time to think, no, think no more there is no turning back I've made my choice she forced my hand Now I act out my own will, I'm not insane, I know what I do A dance of two Yet one unknowing And one so wronged A broken vow Covenant abandoned So I take back my role as guardian A symphony And she dances with my urges My trip nears it's end My chest rises and falls The feeling grips my being Time is cruel, yet now it's here And I see her
