Work in Progress

I start to think my thoughts And I do this a lot I tend to get lost And that costs me a lot But still I fight that fight because that fight needs to be fought Or else I'll just be caught by my thoughts And I'll lose my flow And my motives get lost And that brings my down low And then I'll just be a slave to the thoughts I think and I thunk inside my head Sometimes I think I'd just be better off dead So obviously I want to die But do I What if that's just a lie Created by him in my own mind I'm trapped inside my no good stupid human mind That doesn't seem to care about my sleep schedule I've come to find But I don't care cause I've just screwed it up anyways Well now I'm on a ledge all because I couldn't go to bed With all these thoughts that roam my head Now its leading me off the ledge Towards the point of no return Because I keep on remembering the stupid deeds Done by the stupid me Who is trapped inside this no good stupid human mind But I'm fine Yeah I'm alright Of course I'm lying Cause that's all I've ever known But trust me I'm dying Cause even with a thousand close friends I'd still feel alone And I feel numb to the bone As my skin crumbles till I'm completely alone I've lost myself Or at least who I precieve I am Because this mind in a new land That is unexplored but not unknown But I'm is desperate need of a loan So that I can finally settle in the land that I do not own But I don't need u to meddle No I don't need you to push All I'm asking for is a little bit of help Cause I'm not sure what to do I'm stuck inside this no good stupid human mind But the lie comes again and I'll say I'm fine I'm a work in progress just learning as it goes Cause I've got a part of me festering inside my head And I need to learn how to put him to bed
