Sitting here crying in my car in an empty parking lot Shedding tears, which is so bizarre with all the blessings that I got I never know from one day to the next if I'll be happy or not I never show deep inside I'm just a wreck, so it hurts more when people taking shots Ever since the first day of my life, yea I've struggled with anxiety and depression inside Nobody ever knows I'm down, no I'm afraid of what they would think of me and say...... Tears of a Clown, nobody knows when I'm down Smiling, hiding my frown Inside I cry Tears of a Clown, from my birth until now, I've been holding it down Inside I cry Tears of a Clown Fighting hard in a world so cold, smiling like I'm feeling no pain I'm in my car with this gun that I hold thinking about putting a bullet in my brain I've got scars, now I'm just a damaged soul, don't know how much more I can take I'm going far if I don't let go, struggling every minute that I am awake
