When I was younger it felt like nobody cared Why did everyone else seem really happy and how is that fair As I held in those tears and closed off my heart to repairs You were laughing at me I was a kid why did you all have to stare The misery we were dealt why is it my pain alone to bear When I was younger that would be me slumped over in a chair but As I got older I took deep breaths and began to clear the air The air that I released allowed the healing to begin I noticed that we are all unique, to be comfortable in my own skin I had to believe that none of that was the end I had to believe no matter what that I could win I had to believe that even if my chances of success were slim I had to believe I could change my focus and transcend Because I gotta Keep going I can't give in (No Matter What!)
