What's the reason? what's the purpose? What's this serving? What needs to be learned? And what needs to be integrated? So when it comes to that aspect of integration It is something that we judge sometimes It's like snapping at somebody or just yelling And because we judge it as good or as bad We polarize ourself We polarize ourself Into like what is good and what is bad Rather than being in wholeness of like Okay this is serving me right now But tomorrow something else which could be the opposite It's like right now I need cold water But tomorrow I might need warm water It is scary because it's the personality that has That we have developed as a way of surviving
