There's Your Problem

Woke up one morning I didn't feel so good Went down to the doctor Like you said I should He said there was nothing Really wrong with me That I was in a state of perfect health As far as he could see So I went up to my dentist He took a good look at me too He said "It seems to me you bit off A little more than you could chew" "Come back and see me next week I'll have more news for you I'll take at look at your X-rays And I'll see if there's not something more That we can do" I could still feel the pain But I went right back to work Cos you don't want nobody I didn't to think That you're a lazy jerk Then I took a break for lunch And I called you on the phone But it was kind of obvious to me That you were not alone There's my problem I met my best friend I thought he might know just what to do He just handed me a beer and said The next round is on you So we chatted for a while Before he had to go And I said "I get the feeling That there's something you're not saying That I'm supposed to know" And then he said There's your problem There's your problem Forget about what you can't control Listen only to what's in your soul Only you can make you whole There's your problem
