Floating away inside a cloud I cannot be with you I’m in a daze I don’t know what it is I’m going through For everything is everywhere and I have no share The things I wish to say about you and the way you are Reflects the way you treat yourselves bash it up more and mar Carefully study in the streets it may be defeat Ours is a dream in which reality is plane People they look and me as if I were insane Nightmare of the people why do you maim You sit sweetly sipping on a glass of ordinary wine Feeling that life is merely grapes growing on the vine For love is oh so sour now you just can’t allow You try to realize it’s the lurk if the world gone by Strife is a common thing that can’t be resolved with lies People if the nightmare why do you cry Do you cry, do you cry, you know it makes me want to cry Gaze at reality your dreams are crashing just to fade Words and words are everywhere but not a point can be made Keeping on from day to day there’s a better way Ours is a plane in which reality is dreams The world I see surrounded by the light that beams Is only make-believe to all of you it seems To you it seems like make-believe this world I see
