Thank you for listening so far! This album was an idea I've had for quite some time Maybe a couple of years? It is not only because of my love towards this genre and its artists But also because of its history Where I come from and in other countries Jazz music was not allowed during the communism Due to political reasons The possibility of individualism The possibility of free thinking with evolved feelings And last but not least the possibility of self-expression The first Jazz Clubs in the Eastern Block Were created illegally and hidden Because of the high risk of punishment This for me has always proven That jazz is a genre that is so self-expressive for artists That it could be used as an incredible instrument To provide people with a colorful imagination And an escape from reality This album is for you Who is listening right now And who is hopefully learning something about jazz And more importantly something about the importance of freedom Especially in times like these! Let the music continue! Baby baby you won't put me in a cage! I am an independent human with (a) free mind! I am unstoppable I can't be controlled! I'll continue to do what I want to Even though some haters want to see me gone! I won't move a kilometer Even though you want to push me away!
