When you are invited to a wedding event Don't take a seat of honor Or else someone more important than you Will arrive Those that exalt themselves Will be humbled Those who humble themselves Will be exalted The host will ask for you to move For the more important person And in shame you'll have to Take the least valued spot Those that exalt themselves Will be humbled Those who humble themselves Will be exalted Instead, when invited take the lowest seat And the host will come to you and say Take a better spot And you'll be honored at the table Those that exalt themselves Will be humbled Those who humble themselves Will be exalted
