It's Been A Year!

It's been a year, to put it bluntly, I think you'll agree, the fear has been reigning free And hopefully, we won't need to see another repeat, it's time to dig our heels in Let's take all the luck we've been stockpiling up and finally use it to rise above I'll be so mightily pleased To see you excel and finally feel well, now it is time to just be yourself I'm so ready It's been a year, you've been put to the test, and you've got done your best, a new level of stress So naturally, we're not able to guess or wager our bets, but I've one small request We'll keep marching forwards and never give in, nurture our souls and take time to breathe I'll be welcoming peace 'Cause nobody knows what tomorrow brings, so for now, I'm just thankful for everything I'm so lucky
