I used to walk beside you every day And now it feels like twisting up my heart to say your name What a disgrace what a disgrace Twice the life was lived with twice the joy But double the emotion means you're doubly annoyed And so am I and so am I But when I bring back memories Of all that I've lost it seems That I'm a twat All this time to sing and yet no words Are coming out to say how fucking absurd I feel I feel Greatly underestimate the length of an hour 45 minutes spent sat down in the shower My poor water bill All the water makes me wrinkly But it takes away the stinky Feeling of a half of me That's disappeared down the drain Now I am alone I have so much time to spare Not bothering to wash my balls or my hair What a life what a life There's plenty of fishes in the sea But they all seem far to suspicious to me And I don't wash my pollocks All the water would make me wrinkly All the salt and all the fishies And all of that god damn water Would drown me one day How many times will I say That this had to be fate How could it have been any other way Not you, I know But someone, somewhere, some day
