Pigs In Slippers

I saw a rat on the pavement And wanted to pick it up But it was dead when i looked closer Spilling out it's guts A bird probably dropped him And who should I fear for This rat whose torso is twisted Or the seagulls family of four Oh I am not quite sure I feel bad for them all Let the rat die to let those baby seagulls be alive I flattened a rodent To get here on time And they put lipstick on a badger So they knew that your skin would be fine What a pretty looking badger Is what the scientists said Then they'll take that pretty thing out back And shoot him in the head Oh I don't know what the badger said His last words before he was dead Let me be alive let me beee alive I can tie my laces so there you go that's one difference And I would say that we wear clothes but I have seen a pig in slippers I guess they can't talk but that just because their throat is weird If I had a weird neck would you put in a field and have me sheared I am sure you wouldn't because my face looks like yours But maybe you will if I keep talking you look bored Look I just think we don't think and if we don't think I think That we are headed somewhere bad oh we're headed to the brink And I don't want to be dead Yes thats what the badger said Let us stay alive let us stay alive The fireworks scare the birdies And make them fly the nest But it's too dark to see But they have to escape none the less With a tree they collide Turn into a red stain But It doesn't make us feel too bad Because the sky is aflame Let those little birds die Drop right out the sky At least I'm alive at least I'm alive
