She Doesn't Sleep

She doesn't sleep Just resting her eyes Not a whisper Can break her lips And how i weep Oh how time does fly For her But the hours she can miss Are all spent by me I ask myself why I cant escape her grip Not what it seems No loving sigh You ruin It all with a quip Bruised by your teeth In my heart they still lie You wonder Why i refuse to lift my lids For the man I'd see Doesn't understand why He let me out of his grip And in the end i still wonder Was it right for me What a selfish question
