The Climb

I. The Climb light slowly edges its way below the highest peak of stone traveling onward above the sun, so few attempt to go where the wind silently surrounds, where dreams are born to wake the dust of morn the crumbling granite disintegrates before it hits the ground just as the fragments, if we should fall we're lost without a sound but we climb ahead to lose the time and space that's held us bound as blinding light descends to night the horizon waits for us the horizon calls to us Climb! Climb! Climb! Climb! the master .. (Climb!) leaves his home ... (Climb!)    without going ........... (Climb!) anywhere ...................... (Climb!) a voice above me""we're getting close"" we feel an alien source the dream's upon us now, we need to rest, but bound to stay the course we realize that not knowing need not bear remorse with freezing tears we think we hear the horizon calling us on Climb! Climb! Climb! Climb! the master .. (Climb!) leaves her home ... (Climb!)    without going ........... (Climb!) anywhere ...................... (Climb!) we can't recall the proper day if it exists hope and fear now phantoms that dispel all sense of risk all of life below would say we've lost our minds with this no turning back until we touch the bliss and the horizon waits for us ...... (the master finds the way) the horizon calls to us ...... (without going anywhere) will the horizon care for us?
