Growing Pain

I done been through some storms; i done been through some rain Mindset transformed; so I wouldn't go insane I'm just tryna break the cycle cause it's so much i can gain I been living off survival so i come from growing pain Verse My days ain't been the best Lately i barely been getting rest I must confess Still dealing with some pain in my chest A lot been on my mind i just been dealing with the stress But i gotta give my my all while I'm grinding on this quest Been through a lot; many don't understand or even know Dealt with it on my own and the results starting to show Talk to God and find myself so I'm really starting to grow Bounce back from it now I'm stronger than ever before I done been down bad i had to get it back in motion Gotta get right God so blessing spread like lotion Gotta get keep my thoughts tight to catch a wave like the ocean This that real life rap i had to mix em like a potion See i was standing the storm No Optimus Prime but I had to transform My mindset and all so my heart can be warm It was frozen like a nigga got it from an ice storm But it had to reform Yea it had to reshape Life had me weak in the knees so i had to escape To be better for my kids i had to throw on that cape A lot niggas can't relate See i grind for every penny even if i had to scrape So i come to take it all no rape Strong arm you'll think I was an Ape Ain't got time to place niggas behind the yellow tape Cause i see the big picture like my view on landscape I been learning how to stick to plan 10 toes down gotta learn how to stand Hope things follow through like look at my shooting hand I guess you can say that this the making of a man I'm starting to see it full circle And speaking of; me and niggas tight like girdle Told em that we gotta treat obstacles like hurdles Life can move fast but take slow like a turtle Cause it take a lil time just for that cycle to break Mindset gotta change to cut down the mistakes I been living off survival; plotting all the moves i make And kept god by my side from storms to earthquakes So the pain I'm almost getting over it was weighing on me heavy like a bolder God help me lift that weight off my shoulders i guess this is my closure I done been through some storms; i done been through some rain Mindset transformed; so I wouldn't go insane I'm just tryna break the cycle cause it's so much i can gain I been living off survival so i come from growing pain
