Become The Distance

As my shouts echo Is there anybody out there that can save me this calling As the waves grow tall and the darkness falls I wait for the spotlights and calls Please take this all away I've nothing else to say As I begin to fade this world abandons me Like shipwrecks out at sea Is this really happening Taken by the tide Am I drifting any further from the wreckage behind me Staring at the sky another plane goes by Will this one save me this time It was me I was seeing Is there anybody out there Now I close my eyes and hope that someone tries to find me out here alive
