Not always easy Things not always what they seem Even if it's from the screen I know how it feel to have hard times Sometimes I feel like I'm not good enough I take all that pain & hurt That I'm feeling & give it to Jesus He will pick me up He said His yoke so easy sometimes we gotta believe it Sometimes we put out trust in everything thang except his teaching I know He'll work it out, test him & see man I promise he'll bring you out His arms is open now To take away things of the past to hold you down Look I still fight with battles too & I go through thangs just like you But I gone keep head up high cause I'm put my trust in you It can be lonely Road tryna live real Lord When u living in this world and everything is for the show & I still make this for you Lord even if it's not cool no more Not always easy Things not always what they seem Even if it's from the screen The prodigal son I'm home again I came to the door and let me in I tried to get it with the world Realized I casted pearl befo swine They cannot see a real diamond They love with the darkness you'll blind em This Christ life comes wit a cost We gotta suffer for the Call Sometimes the hardest thing to do is do the right thing when u see so much wrong But u finish till the end your reward will be present wit the Lord This what we suffer for This is where rejoicing come This where trust built when hoping in our lord and savior till kingdom come Patients gotta be the key Wait on him & we gone see We ain't got nothing to loose the world already in defeat Don't believe me turn on the news and you'll see Not always easy Things not always what they seem Even if it's from the screen
