There once was a fisherman, you see Who lived in the town of Jubilee He gave all his days to the sea And never wanted to marry Then this girl he used to know Found out that she loved him so She went up and said hello And he told her she should just go She wouldn't give up so easily She thought she was supposed to be His wife and wanted it badly But he just plainly disagreed She snuck up on his boat as stow Hid inside his box of cargo Unfortunately, she didn't know That was the box he was going to throw He didn't notice she was there So he threw the box into the sea When he didn't see her anywhere He thought that he was finally free
