When I Wake Up

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are in the world Let's first give thanks to God for life because we are blessed to be here Just know you waking up today still being able to breathe and function No matter the capacity is a sign that your purpose is still unfolding It's easy to lose ourselves and lose focus on what truly matters during these times But remember, our identity comes from God In Samuel chapter 16:7, it says But the Lord says, Samuel, do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature Because I have rejected him For God sees not as man sees For man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart See, by getting closer to God and seeking righteousness through him We find that it is what's inside that really matters And he is in all of us In John chapter 15:16, it also says You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit Fruit that will last And so whatever you ask in my name, the Father will give you See, emotions, feelings and situations all come and go But the void that is filled with the Holy Spirit is eternal So let this be a reminder that we, you, me and all his children Are chosen and equipped with the tools for victory, no matter the obstacle Blessings Enjoy the tape
