Once upon a lonely time, a time long long ago, In the dark of darkest night I ran away from home. Traveled far, I traveled wide, long days and endless nights, Restless as the waves that toss the sea from side to side. Thought that if I traveled further on around the bend Surely I'd be be good as new when come to journey's end; Scared to face the emptiness - the lonely side of me - Scared I'd never find a way fo fix what broke in me. You can climb mountain high, Stand atop the world and spread your arms out wide, But you'll see, you will find Broken hearts will only mend, will only heal with time.
