Lost

Have you ever felt lost in life Like you lost something so dear to you But you don't know what you lost. You lost faith. You know God's here for you. Turn to Allah. Try hard. Peace won't come quick It's for the best of his soldiers and tests are part of the trip I know my life dragged me to the ground to the point my head's on the floor My head's on my floor to my Lord not cuz I gave up But I stayed up praying to God that I wake up. What you see now is cuz of the breakup It didn't break me cuz I knew Allah was my safety net So I stay firm cuz I may meet death. All these sins gotta pay these debts. Trust in my Lord when I take these steps Can't do this on my own in test. My plans not a plan if my Lord never planned it My plans would have left me stranded and they did but I never lost hope or turned to the sin So many times in my life I'm bleeding. What did it take to get to the healing I had to force myself and then it got easy stuck to the reading.
