Shuffling around With your head facing down Through desolate space Without a face You dread to meet another soul On dismal streets With pointed, gnashing teeth Vicious sets of eyes Want to eat you alive And make you want to disappear Speaking in lies Conversational tithes Saying things you'd never say To make them go away You try to be someone you're not Drumming to distant beats With the soles of your feet Hitting dissonant notes From your useless throat They won't remember you When you look them in the eyes They glare and make you go blind And when they're having fun Why does it make you wanna cry? When you're all alone You wish you had some company But when you're with friends Why would you rather be at home?
