Where should I start, I guess with the rougher parts Left alone to pick up the pieces, rebuild with the shards It's hard on the streets everyday there's at least one deceased Everybody's runnin' for prez, not for peace Big politics fighting a war that isn't ours Although that we're bleedin', recovering our scars And I know what's the cause, it's money, power, respect They still neglect the fact that our future is wrecked All these people asking questions, none are getting answered Waiting for help from anyone 'n still we keep our high standards Yet even the whole world's witnessed it's survival off the fittest All we do is fighting over things like "Who's the thinnest?"
