Deeper Waters

I jumped in the river to wash my sins clean Sinners and saints watching me The sun up above shined hot as hell I did what was expected While they wished me well God do you love me? Did you die for me? This thing called election brings uncertainty The preacher spoke of grace, a gift from above While I wondered if I was chosen for love The doctrine of limits kept haunting my mind Could I be excluded by the Savior's design? God, do you hear me? Did you die for me? Or am I lost in this theology? God oh how you love me! That you would die for me! I know now that You are good Desiring all to come to You! Not just a few, but ALL the broken I won't let doubt steal what you have spoken! You want me whole, You want me free Great God of love, You died for me! Yeah! God oh how you love me! That you would die for me!
